Nomads With a Couch

Monthly flat in Prenzlauer Berg — spare room, split electricity

I have a 2-bed flat in Prenzlauer Berg on a month-to-month lease. It’s a proper apartment — not a bedsit, not a converted living room. The spare room has a real desk, blackout curtains, and a door that closes.

Prenzlauer Berg is one of the best neighbourhoods in Berlin for remote workers. Cafés everywhere, good transit, quiet streets. The flat is a 10-minute walk from Mauerpark.

I travel a lot, so sometimes I’m not even here. When I am, I work from home most days and I value quiet, focused energy. I’m not looking for a party flatmate — just a nomad who wants a real base in Berlin without paying Airbnb prices.

2-bed flat in old Tbilisi — spare room free, split electricity only

A big 2-bedroom apartment in the old town of Tbilisi — 15-minute walk from everything worth seeing. The spare room has natural light, a proper desk, and a door that closes. The building has a rooftop you can use.

Tbilisi is one of the most underrated cities for remote work right now. Cheap, fast internet everywhere, incredible food, excellent coworking spaces, a growing nomad community. My apartment is a good base for anyone planning to stay a week or more.

I’m here between my own trips. When I’m home, I’m usually working. I value quiet, focused company — people who are actually working on something.
