2-bed flat in old Tbilisi — spare room free, split electricity only
About this stay
A big 2-bedroom apartment in the old town of Tbilisi — 15-minute walk from everything worth seeing. The spare room has natural light, a proper desk, and a door that closes. The building has a rooftop you can use.
Tbilisi is one of the most underrated cities for remote work right now. Cheap, fast internet everywhere, incredible food, excellent coworking spaces, a growing nomad community. My apartment is a good base for anyone planning to stay a week or more.
I’m here between my own trips. When I’m home, I’m usually working. I value quiet, focused company — people who are actually working on something.
The exchange
No skills required. You pay your share of electricity — usually around €10–15 for two weeks. Tbilisi is incredibly cheap for everything else.

Your host
Georgian nomad, based in Tbilisi between trips. I rent a big 2-bed flat in the old town and love having other nomads around. Good energy matters more than anything else.
